We are currently in the middle of a big / crazy / slightly dramatic move right now and so not only is half of our kitchen packed, but I’m replacing some pieces too and so we’re just cooking our standard go-tos right now, lots of tacos with homemade tortillas, and lots of baked chicken and veggies. We both are SO excited for our new kitchen and are just counting down the days, minutes, and seconds. But this morning, I was totally in the mood for cooking something new. We’ve done our standard Sausage Eggs n’ Hash for Sunday brunch for awhile, and it was time to switch it up. And I knew exactly what to make.
My girl Stephanie (former middle school BFF turned food blogging / forever BFF) posted her Crispy Hash & Eggs Breakfast Skillet a few months ago and the minute I saw it I knew my husband would LOVE it. And he did. I made it this morning and he devoured it (I didn’t even add sausage because we didn’t have any)! So do yourself a favor, and head on over to the The Cozy Cook, get the recipe, and make this asap. ‘Cause it’s SO GOOD. It’s been added to our staple Sunday Brunch meals.Yup.
