How many balls did you yield please? They are high in calories so just wanted to know in case I made mine too small
Paige
Can these be frozen?
Tracy
Absolutely!
Johanna
Honey is NOT vegan. Don’t call these Vegan If you put honey in them or tell people they can. Thanks.
Tracy
Hi Johanna, in case you missed it, the ingredient in the picture and listed first in the recipe is Agave. Honey is listed as another option, but to avoid any possible confusion, I’ve updated it with that note. Thanks for letting me know! Have a great day!
Hope
I found this recipe to be extremely sticky, so much so that my food processor could barely blend the mixture without it balling up. Did you process the cashews before adding the dates? Or any other suggestions? Thanks!
Tracy
Hi Hope! Yes, the dough should be very very tacky and will ball up a little. You want that stickiness when you roll them into balls - that's what makes the coconut stick!

Hi, how many bliss balls does the recipe yield?
Ems
Hadn't eaten energy balls for yeaaaaars. Had all the necessary ingredients by chance so gave it a try and LOVED IT. Will do again ASAP.
First time trying energy balls with cashew nuts (hard to come by where I live, SO expensive), but totally worth it.
Tracy
YAY!! Sooo glad you enjoyed it and I agree about the cashews! I've tried it with other nuts but nothing compares. Thank you so much for letting me know you loved them!
Barb Duncan
I love these! Instead of syrup I added 1 tbs of vanilla Nutpods. And for a bit of fat and protein I also added 1 Tbs of almond butter.
Tracy
What a great idea, Barb!!
