Prepare Sauce While the pasta is cooking to al dente, heat oil and butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Then slowly mix in the gochujang, vinegar, and ginger.
Add Pasta Next, drain the pasta and add some of the pasta water into the sauce, then mix the pasta in the sauce to coat.
Simmer Let the pasta simmer in the sauce for a few minutes, then remove from heat and finish with fresh chopped chives or green onions.
