Let me introduce you to our easy Baked Flautas de Pollo recipe! Like a love child between a taquito and a burrito, these flautas are a healthier baked version of the Mexican classic with a little sneaky added nutrition!


Flour Tortillas | Chicken  Black Beans | Spinach  Cheddar Cheese | Onions  Garlic | Cumin | Cayenne Salt & Pepper

Boil the chicken with onion, salt, cloves & pepper for about  20 minutes until it's fully cooked and ready to be shredded. (If you have precooked chicken just jump to the next step!)

Preheat oven to 450   Mash black beans.  Shred the chicken and add spinach, beans, cheese, cumin, salt, and a pinch of cayenne.

Add filling to the lower half of a tortilla and spread. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla about 2 inches, and then tightly roll into a long thin flauta.

– Place rolled flautas seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush the top of flautas with a thin layer of oil. – Bake for 20-25 min. until the ends are lightly browned.
