Beef Stock

Skip the can and make your own Beef Stock From Scratch for all of those winter soups and stews!


Veggies | Tomato Paste Peppercorns | Bay Leaves Red Wine | Beef Bones

Roast the bones, then cover with tomato paste and veggies. Roast again.

Deglaze the pan with wine (to get all the browned bits from the bottom of the pan), it's ready to be added to the stock pot with lots of water.

Bring it all to a boil and then lower to simmer so it can reduce with all the flavors and fat from the marrow of the bones.

Store in jars for convenient use!
