INGREDIENTS
Ground Beef | Olive Oil Onion | Garlic | Spinach Marinara | Ricotta | Mozzarella Lasagna Noodles | Oregano Sage | Thyme | Basil | Parsley

Pre-heat oven to 400°
Add onion & garlic to a hot skillet - sauté for 3-5 min.
Add ground beef - crumble as it cooks, about 5 min.

Drain about 1/2 the grease.
Add spinach, cook for another 1-2 min, until wilted.
Add sauce & herbs - mix and simmer for 5-7 min.

Mix ricotta & mozzarella.
Remove about 2/3 of the sauce, leaving the rest in the skillet.
Layer on top twice: Lasagna, cheese, then sauce.
Top with mozzarella cheese.

30-35 min.
