Cauliflower Shrimp Carrots Peas Onions Garlic Ginger Eggs Soy Sauce Sesame Oil Rice Vinegar Olive Oil
Grate Cauliflower. Cook shrimp, then eggs, set aside.
Saute Veggies, add cauliflower and other ingredients.
Once fried, add the shrimp and eggs back in.
A great low-carb weeknight meal!
