Make The Dough Activate the yeast with sugar and water. Add butter and flour to create a slightly sticky dough. Let rise until doubled in size.
Make the Pesto Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until it's reached the consistency you'd like.
Shape the dough Separate your dough into equal pieces, fill with cheese and wrap the dough around it. Place on a pan in the shape of a tree, wreath or anything you like.
Top and Bake Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with cheese and top with pesto. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melty and browned.
