This Crock Pot Honey Mustard Chicken is super flavorful and is easy enough to make on a weeknight. It's the perfect protein for any meal!


Boneless chicken breasts   Dijon Mustard  | Chicken Stock Liquid Smoke | Garlic   Honey | Salt

Mix everything (but the chicken) in a bowl.

Add the chicken, cover, and then put in fridge until you're ready to use. Up to 18 hrs.

Put in the Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs.

Once it's done, shred chicken with a fork and serve over rice.
