Carrots | Walnuts | Butter Maple Syrup | Brown Sugar Cinnamon | Ginger | Salt | Thyme
Heat butter, sugar, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until the sugar is all dissolved and the butter melted.
Add the carrots and walnuts to a large bowl. Then pour the butter and maple sauce over them and mix well.
Spread the carrots, in an even layer, onto a foil-lined sheet. Add to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Place carrots in a serving dish and drizzle with remaining glaze left on the foil. Mix well and finish with fresh thyme.
