Flour | Salt | Eggs | Oil Ricotta | Butter | Garlic

Add flour & salt to mixer. Adding the eggs one at a time until the dough forms.

After the dough has rested, roll through the pasta roller. Add scoops of ricotta.

 Fold over the filling like a blanket. Press the edges & cut.
