Ham, Cheddar & Spinach

This Spinach, Ham, and Cheddar Quiche is the perfect breakfast, brunch, or dinner meal. It's incredibly easy to make and is the perfect way to use up some leftover ham!

INGREDIENTS

Ham | Fresh Spinach | Eggs Cheddar Cheese | Garlic | Onion Milk | Salt & Pepper All-Purpose Flour | Salted Butter

Sift flour and salt, then cut in the butter. Slowly add water, shape dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Gently place dough over and into a pie pan, cut off excess. Blind bake for 10 minutes.

Saute the onion and garlic. Add ham and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. Whisk together eggs, milk, and salt and pepper.

Then add ham, onions, spinach and cheese and mix all together. Slowly pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.

Bake for 40-50 minutes until middle is done and set. Edges should be browned, center set but still a little jiggly. Let cool for at least 10 min.
