BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

These homemade Healthy Blueberry Muffins have less sugar, not too many oats, no bananas, and are packed with fresh blueberries. They are soft and fluffy, and full of a ton of flavor, thanks to my favorite secret ingredient!

INGREDIENTS

Flour | Sugar | Oats | Canola Oil Blueberries | Maple Syrup | Salt Eggs | Milk | Vanilla Extract Ground Ginger | Cinnamon | Nutmeg

Prepare Ingredients Mix flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and then add milk, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Combine Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry. Gently mix, until just combined. Be sure that it's not over mixed, it's ok if there are steaks.

Add Blueberries Gently fold in the blueberries. With an ice cream scoop or spoon, fill muffin liners with batter.

Bake Bake at high heat for 25-30 minutes, until knife pulls clean when put in center.

Soft, fluffy,  perfection!
