First Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Next Whisk together oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Combine Mix wet and dry ingredients together., then place on a prepared baking sheet, pressing it down gently.
Bake Bake for 20 minutes, give a quick stir and another gentle press and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven, press and let cool completely.
