Skip the extra processed ingredients and make your own Homemade Fish Sticks from scratch. Make a big batch and you can store a healthier tastier version in your freezer without buying them from the store.

INGREDIENTS

Cod | Flour | Panko Breadcrumbs Paprika | Garlic Powder | Thyme Eggs | White Wine Vinegar | Parsley Onion Powder | Salt | Pepper

Prep Coating Mix the breadcrumbs with seasoning and bake until golden. Next, prep the egg wash mixture and flour in separate bowls.

Prepare Cod  Next, slice the cod, along the grain into 1 - 1 1/2 inch wide strips or "sticks".

Coat and Bake Dredge the fish sticks in the flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumbs and bake for 14 minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
