Add a little sweetness to your favorite sandwiches or take your French toast to the next level with our Homemade Hawaiian  Sandwich Bread! 


Bread Flour | Sugar | Milk Yeast | Pineapple Juice | Eggs Potato | Butter | Salt

Peel, cut, and boil potatoes until fork tender. Mash, set aside. Mix sugar with warm milk, sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit until bubbly.

Add salt, eggs, melted butter, mashed potato pineapple & juice, mix  for 1-2 min. Slowly add flour, 1 cup at a time.  Mix and additional 1-2 min to smooth dough.

Let rise until double. Grease and flour the loaf pan. Fold the dough to fit in pan. Cover and let rise again.

Add scores to the dough.  Bake for 65 min.  Let cool at least 1hr, before serving.
