Sauté Sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers until the onions are translucent.
Simmer Stir in tomatoes, broth, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic, and salt and bring to a simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Add Eggs Make small wells in the sauce and gently crack an egg in each well. Then top with feta and cook until the whites are set and yolks are thick but runny.
