Homemade Ricotta Cheese is one of the easiest cheeses to make at home and so much better than store bought!

INGREDIENTS

Whole Milk | Lemon Juice Kosher Salt | Citric Acid

Heat milk to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from heat then add lemon juice, citric acid, and salt.  Stir & set aside.

Let sit for curds and whey to form. Then with a slotted spoon, ladel curds onto cheese cloth lined sieve.

Pour on remaining mixture. Then gather the cheese cloth and squeeze any more whey out.

Transfer cheese from cloth into bowl and either use immediately or cover and store in fridge for up to a week.
