Ground Beef | Kimchi | Gochujang Ketchup | Garlic | White Onion Green Onion | Rice Vinegar Sesame Oil | Tomato Paste
Get Started Add sesame oil to a large saute pan and heat to medium. Add onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the Meat Cook ground beef 7-8 min until most of the pink is gone. Add vinegar, ketchup, tomato paste, & gochujang. Stir well.
Finish it Off Cook for another 2-3 minutes and then finish with green onions.
Assemble Add a large helping of meat to each bun, top with kimchi and serve!
