Butternut Squash | Olive Oil Maple Syrup | Ground Ginger Onion Powder | Garlic Powder Ground Sage | Kosher salt
Prepare the squash: - Cut off the ends and peel - Scoop out the seeds and halve - Slice and cube
In a small bowl or pyrex, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup and spices. Pour over cubed squash and mix well.
Add to a casserole or baking dish. Use at least a 3.5 quart dish so most of the squash is in a single layer.
Bake covered for 25 min. Then, discard foil, mix, and return to the oven to finish baking for 10 min.
