Ricotta Cheese | Roma Tomatoes Flour | Butter | Parmesan Cheese Basil | Egg | Salt | Pepper
Make the Crust Cut flour and salt with butter until a crumbly dough is formed. Add water and mix until a smooth dough forms. Place dough in a pie pan, pierce with a fork and blind bake for 10 minutes.
Fill Mix cheeses, basil, egg, salt and pepper. Add to pie crust.
Top Layer tomato slices in an even layer circle. Top with additional fresh basil.
