Eggs Spinach Feta Cheese Garlic Powder Onion Powder Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Oil muffin tin. Add spinach and feta to tin.

Whisk eggs with seasoning in measuring cup.

Pour egg mixture in cups. Bake for 20 minutes.

Substitute other veggies and proteins. Store in fridge for up to 5 days.  Freeze in ziplock bag or airtight container for up to 3 months. Reheat in microwave for 30-60 seconds or in oven for 5-7 minutes.
