Our Spinach Artichoke Pasta is a dish that'll fulfill that classic dip craving but in a healthy, hearty dinner! Even better, it's ready in  just 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

Pasta | Butter | Flour | Garlic Artichoke Hearts | Stock  Half & Half | Cream Cheese Lemon Juice | Spinach |Parmesan  Parsley | Thyme | Onion Powder

Melt some butter in a pan add garlic and flour. Gently whisk flour and butter while the rest melts to create a light roux.

Add stock, artichokes, parsley, thyme, and onion powder. Turn heat up and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let gently simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Cook Pasta for 1 minute less than suggested cooking time. Add half and half and cream cheese - whisk into sauce so that it all melts. Simmer for another 3-5 min. Add fresh spinach to the sauce and stir well to wilt. Once wilted, add lemon juice and stir.

When pasta is done, drain and add to the saute pan. Coat with sauce, bring back up to a vigorous simmer. Cook for another minute. Finish with Parmesan cheese . 

Plate & serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley if desired.
