These Strawberries and Cream Scones are the perfect sweet treat for any brunch! Use summer fresh or even frozen strawberries to enjoy these all year long!

INGREDIENTS

Flour | Baking Powder | Sugar Butter | Heavy Whipping Cream Vanilla | Egg | Strawberries

GLAZE Confectioner's Sugar Heavy Cream | Vanilla Extract

Mix Dry Ingredients Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Then cut butter cubes into the flour until it's like a coarse meal.

Make Scones Whisk egg, cream, and vanilla and slowly mix it in with the flour, then gently fold in the strawberries. Next, gently knead the dough and cut into triangles.

Bake Brush with egg wash and bake until they are a light golden brown. Then allow to cool before glazing.

Glaze Make the glaze by mixing heavy cream, confectioner's sugar, vanilla extract, and salt together, then drizzle over the scones.
