Strawberries & Cream

These Strawberries and Cream Scones are the perfect sweet treat for any brunch! Use summer fresh or even frozen strawberries to enjoy these all year long!


Flour | Sugar | Salt | Baking Powder Heavy Whipping Cream | Egg Butter | Fresh Strawberries Confectioner's Sugar

First Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then add ice-cold butter.

Cut in the Butter Cutting in the cold butter is key to getting that right flaky crumbly scone texture.

Put it all Together Whisk the egg, milk, cream, and vanilla extract. Then add the flour and butter. Fold in the strawberries. Don't over mix!

Bake Shape into an 8-inch round, then cut into 8 even triangles and add to a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and bake for about 18-20 minutes. Drizzle with glaze when cool.
