Bring two cups of water to a boil. Add rice and then lower to a simmer and cover. Let cook for 15 - 20 minutes or according to package instructions.
In a small bowl, add soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and garlic chili sauce and mix well.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and add ground beef. Cook for 3-5 minutes, crumbling as you cook. Then drain and discard the excess fat.
Add broccoli and then soy sauce mixture and then let simmer for about 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender ( cover and let simmeer a little longer if using frozen broccoli).
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
Notes
If serving over rice and you want sauce for the rice, double the sauce ingredients!Be sure to drain the fat from your beef. Serve over rice, noodles, or whatever you have!
