Black Bean Quinoa Salad

Salad

cooked quinoa

black beans, soaked

English cucumbers, chopped

cherry tomatoes, chopped

red onion, diced

cup
cilantro, minced
Dressing
1/8
cup
olive oil

tablespoons
lime juice

teaspoons
ground cumin

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, add all dressing ingredients and mix well.
Add dressing to salad and mix.
Serve and enjoy!
