Our Denver Omelette Egg Cups are everything you want from the classic breakfast in gluten-free, low-fat, and high-protein egg muffins!

INGREDIENTS

Eggs | Olive Oil | Onion Green Bell Pepper | Garlic Cooked Ham | Mozzarella Parsley | Thyme | Salt | Pepper

Cook Filling Sauté diced onion and bell pepper until onions are translucent. Next, stir in garlic, ham and seasoning and sauté another 2-3 minutes.

Prep The Eggs Whisk 3-4 eggs very well, then continue adding the rest of the eggs in, whisking until they are frothy.

Bake Egg Cups Scoop the ham filling into prepared muffin tins, top with shredded cheese and fill up with the eggs. Bake for 20 minutes and ENJOY!
