1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonground ginger
1/8 teaspoonground cardamon
1/8 teaspoonground cloves
1/8 teaspoonall spice
Instructions
Grind Bay Leaves: Add the bay leaves to a mortar or to a spice blender and crush with a pestle or blend until the leaves are ground.
Mix: Add all of the spices to a small bowl and mix well.
Store: Store in a small jar with the rest of your herbs and spices!

StorageStore in an airtight container for up to 1 year!SubstitutionsCelery Salt: In place of celery salt, you can use 2 teaspoons of kosher salt and 1 teaspoon of celery seed, ground with a mortar and pestle or in a spice grinder.Paprika: Regular paprika works in this blend too, although we do love the added smokiness that smoked paprika adds.Cayenne: This amount of cayenne adds just the right amount of heat, in my opinion. You can, of course, add a bit more for more kick!
