Fresh Spinach Guacamole
This Fresh Spinach Guacamole takes the classic dip and makes it even healthier by adding some fresh spinach while keeping the classic guacamole flavors!

4 medium fresh, ripe avocados or 3 large 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach packed, 1.75 oz 1/4 cup red onion diced 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 1/4 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
Add avocados, salt, cumin, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the food processor and give a few pulses.
Add the spinach, onion, and final teaspoon of lime juice and blend until creamy.
