Homemade Bibimbap Sauce

Sweet, spicy, and so much flavor, this Korean staple sauce is perfect for your favorite bibimbap or to add spice and flavor to any of your favorite Asian-inspired dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup gochujang 2.5 oz
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 12 g
  • 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar or mirin

Instructions

  • Mix: Add everything to a small bowl and mix well with a fork or whisk until all of the gochujang is well blended.
  • Store: Store in an airtight container in the fridge to use on your favorite bibimbap or other Korean inspired dishes!
