Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh peaches
  • 2 + 1 tablespoons + teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Blend: Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and then add them to a high powered blender. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  • Add to Molds: Pour the blended peaches into the popsicle molds. Add to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Enjoy! Run the popsicles under warm water to loosen the popsicle from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

Nutritional value is per popsicle.
Store in the freezer for 6-8 months.
Substitutions
Peaches: You can also use frozen peaches, although we do suggest letting them mostly thaw before blending.
Lemonade Flavor
We taste tested these to the lemonade flavor that my kids liked best. But you can, of course, adjust them to your own lemonade level. After blending, taste the peaches and add more lemon juice, just a teaspoon at a time, and blend again to get the right amount of tart lemon flavor that you want.
