Bring on the heat! This past weekend sure felt like summer here in the PNW, and so we’re getting all of our favorite cooling summer treats ready. For us, that means fresh fruit popsicles that, unlike the ones in the freezer aisle of the grocery store, our Peach Lemonade Popsicles are made without any added processed sugar, to let all of the flavor of the fresh peach and lemon juice shine for a cooling, refreshing, and healthy summer treat.

Ingredients Needed

fresh peaches and a bowl of lemon juice labeled.
  • Fresh Peaches – Summer peaches are one of my favorites! While we prefer these popsicles with fresh fruit, you can, of course, make them with frozen peaches, too.
  • Lemon Juice – Enough to taste like a lemonade, but not overpower the fresh peach flavor.

Easy to Make

Truly, sweet snacks don’t get much easier than this! Just add those peaches and the lemon juice into your trusty Vitamix or Blender and blend them up!

Peal the Peaches?

Totally optional, but in our opinion, it’s not worth the extra effort to peel the skin off of the peaches for these Peach Lemonade Popsicles. Not only do my kids prefer the look of the popsicles with the skins blended in, but it also makes these even easier and simpler to make!

Now with the blended peaches and lemon juice, it’s just a matter of filling the popsicle molds. These molds are our favorite that we use for all of our popsicles, and this recipe will fill 6 4-oz popsicle molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hrs, and then these Peach Lemonade Popsicles are set and ready to enjoy! Peachy. Lemony. Made with just >gasp< peach and lemon!

Substitutions
Peaches: You can also use frozen peaches, although we do suggest letting them mostly thaw before blending.
Lemonade Flavor
We taste tested these to the lemonade flavor that my kids liked best. But you can, of course, adjust them to your own lemonade level. After blending, taste the peaches and add more lemon juice, just a teaspoon at a time, and blend again to get the right amount of tart lemon flavor that you want.
