Chicken Bacon Greek Salad
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes
- 2-3 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 large english cucumber diced
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives pitted
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 4-6 oz chicken grilled, baked, or rotisarrie
- 2 slices bacon crumbld
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
Add lettuce to a large bowl and top with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onion, chicken, bacon, and avocado.
Add vinaigrette and mix and top with feta cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
