Crumble Blue Cheese: Add blue cheese to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the cheese to the size you'd like. Keep it as chunky as you'd like or mash for a smoother textured dressing.
Mix Dressing: Pour in buttermilk and then add the sour cream, mayonnaise, worcestershire, vinegar, and black pepper. Mix well.
Serve or Store: Use immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.

Notes
Nutritional value is per oz. This recipe yields approximately 2 cups of dressing.Dressing thicknessThis dressing first made will be nice and thick. It will loosen a bit over time stored in the fridge. SubstitutionsBlue Cheese: Choose your favorite! We have also made this with gorgonzola cheese, too. While obviously it's not blue cheese - it is a good substitute if you can't find blue cheese in the store. White Wine Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar also works as a good sub for this mild vinegar.
