Homemade Russian Dressing

Skip the store bought and make your own dressing at home!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise 220 g or 7.8 oz
  • 1/8 cup Sriracha 30 g or 1 oz
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle minced, 12 g or .4 oz
  • 1 tablespoon celery minced, 12 g or .4 oz (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Prep: Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Mix: Mix it all until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  • Enjoy it on your favorite salads or sandwiches!

Notes

Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. If using fresh homemade mayonnaise, about a week. 
Substitutions
Sriracha: You can also use a tablespoon of ketchup and a tablespoon of hot sauce for a dressing that's a bit milder, or another hot sauce favorite. 
Dill Pickle: Use some sweet bread and butter pickles for added sweetness. 
Celery: Optional - omit if you would like a smoother dressing.
