Prep: Season the chicken breasts with salt and place in the crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl or pyrex and mix well.
Slow Cook: Pour honey mustard mixture over chicken. Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs.
Serve: Shred chicken and serve over rice, potatoes, in sliders, or with your favorite sides!
