Crock Pot Honey Mustard Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and place in crock pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Pour over chicken.
  • Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs.
  • Shred chicken with a fork and serve over rice.


Prepare in advance by prepping everything and storing in the fridge overnight (or up to 18 hrs).
