Soft Pretzels


These Homemade Soft Pretzels are big, soft, chewy, and salty. It's an easy soft pretzel recipe that is simple to make and totally fulfills that favorite mall snack craving!


 Flour | Sugar | Yeast Salt | Warm Water | Egg Butter | Baking Soda

Create the dough Mix sugar, water & yeast. Add the butter, then slowly add flour & salt until a dough is formed that pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Knead & Rest Flour your surface & knead  for 3-5 min. until it's soft. Cover & let it rest for 10 min.

Make the pretzels Cut dough into 8 pieces. Roll into a rope, twist the ends to connect, draw down to create the pretzel shape.

Bake Boil each pretzel in a baking soda bath. Brush with egg, sprinkle with salt & bake for 12-14 minutes until lightly browned.

Soft, fluffy, chewy salty crust.
