- Sugar Snap Peas - Both ends trimmed.
- Good Olive Oil - This is when you bust out the good stuff like what you use for vinaigrettes or your other oil-based dressings.
- Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar - Be sure that it's seasoned to add just a little touch of sweetness.
- Garlic Powder - We use garlic powder for this one instead of fresh garlic because it's so easy for it to burn, so to ensure that you get all of the great flavor, but none of te burn, we recommend using the fool proof powder, instead.
- Salt and Pepper - To season.
- Sesame Seeds - To finish with to add the right amount of sesame finishing flavor!

Recipe Tips
Honestly, the longest part of this sugar snap pea recipe is trimming the peas. So make it even faster by trimming those peas in advance! Then it's an even faster stovetop side!
Love sesame? Then swap out that olive oil for sesame oil for an even heavier sesame-flavored pea side dish!
Because these sugar snap peas come together so fast and really only require a few minutes of cooking time, leave them for one of the last things you cook for you if you're serving a big meal. This way they're still nice and hot as everything else is being served.
For an even bigger pop of sesame flavor, give thoes sesame seeds a quick toast in a hot pan while the peas saute.
