We love this dip. Love, love LOVE. Our Dill Pickle Dip is shockingly easy for how incredibly delicious and flavorful it is. It makes it an ideal quick and easy party snack, game watching appetizer, or just because tasty little dip. With just a few minutes to prep and a little bit of time to chill, this creamy, savory appetizer is great to make ahead and have on hand, ready to go when guests arrive.

Ingredients Needed

  • Cream Cheese and Sour Cream – The creamy dreaminess of this dip that offers the right tang and complementary flavors to the dill.
  • Dill Pickles and Juice – The heart of this Dill Pickle Dip! Use your favorite brand (or make your own!) and then be sure to save some of that juice, too!
  • Fresh Dill – You can use dried, but fresh definitely adds the most to this dip – and garnish!
  • Garlic, Parsley, and Salt – Just the right amounts to highlight the dill pickle flavors.

Spears vs Chips

It’s totally up to you, but we prefer using dill pickle chips vs spears because pickle spears have more of the tough cucumber skin and more seeds.

SO Easy to Make

It truly doesn’t get much easier than Dill Pickle Dip! Finely chop the pickles and mince the dill, and then add it all to a bowl to mix!

Make In Advance

This is such a great appetizer to make in advance, as you can whip it all together a day in advance to make the party day prep even easier! If making a day in advance, keep a little extra fresh dill around to add another teaspoon the next day to perk those dill flavors back up!
